AULELISLAW INTERNATIONAL
Practice Areas

A full spectrum of international legal disciplines.

Each area is supported by structured intake, jurisdiction assessment and coordination with appropriately qualified counsel where required.

Overview

International work rarely sits in a single legal system.

A cross-border matter usually involves more than one governing law, more than one regulator and more than one set of procedural rules. The discipline that matters most is identifying, early and precisely, where each part of the problem actually sits.

The areas below describe the categories of work we coordinate. They are a starting point for orientation rather than a fixed menu: most international matters touch several of them at once, and a submission is reviewed on its own facts before any approach is proposed.

Confidential from the first contact

Every enquiry is treated as confidential. Intake is structured so sensitive detail is captured once, securely, and disclosed only where a matter genuinely requires it.

Counsel qualified where the matter sits

Legal work is performed by advisers authorised in the relevant jurisdiction. We establish which law governs before assuming that a single forum applies.

One point of coordination

Where a matter spans several countries, you deal with a single coordinated process rather than assembling advisers in each market yourself.

Process

How a cross-border matter is coordinated

Every matter follows the same sequence, whatever the practice area. The order matters: jurisdiction and conflicts are settled before counsel is engaged.

01

Confidential intake

The matter is described once, in structured form, through a private submission. Nothing is shared with any adviser at this stage.

02

Preliminary assessment

The submission is reviewed to identify the legal areas engaged, the jurisdictions involved and any information still missing.

03

Conflict and jurisdiction review

Conflicts are checked, and the governing law, forum and any regulatory constraints are established before counsel is approached.

04

Counsel identification

Where the matter requires it, appropriately qualified counsel are identified in each relevant jurisdiction and a proposed route is set out.

Jurisdiction coverage

Matters are coordinated across the regions below. Where a jurisdiction is not currently covered by counsel, that is established at assessment stage rather than assumed.
