How Aulelis Law International collects, uses, and protects the information you entrust to this website.

Information We Collect
When you submit an intake form or a contact message, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, location details, the parties involved, your matter description, and any documents you choose to upload. We also collect standard technical information such as your browser type and IP address for security purposes.
We do not collect information from persons who merely browse the website beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the intake process is used to perform a conflict check, assess jurisdiction, determine whether the firm can accept the engagement, and communicate with you about your matter. Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use your matter information for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality and Privilege
Submissions are treated as confidential from the moment they are received. Please note that legal professional privilege generally attaches only once an attorney-client relationship is formally established through a signed engagement letter.
Original submissions made in languages other than English are preserved exactly as written. Any working translation is prepared or reviewed by professionals and stored separately from your original.
Sharing With Counsel and Third Parties
Where a matter requires coordination with local counsel in another jurisdiction, relevant parts of your matter information may be shared with that counsel — and only with that counsel — once an engagement is in place. Service providers that host this platform process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention and Security
Matter submissions are retained only as long as necessary for the conflict-check and intake-review process and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and the record-retention period required by professional rules. We apply technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of legal information.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details on the Contact page. Where information forms part of a matter file that professional rules require us to retain, retention of that record may take precedence over deletion requests.
International Transfers
Because this is an international practice, your information may be processed in, or transferred to, countries other than your own. Such transfers are made only where adequate protection is in place, including contractual confidentiality obligations with counsel and service providers.
